When
I first started working out with Jason he
helped me recover from the oversized body I had created during an
extremely enjoyable trip to Italy. Following his instructions (diet
especially), I quickly dropped weight from the trip (6 pounds the first
week!) . But I soon learned that I had also returned from Italy with
another souvenir- I was pregnant! I continued to work out with Jason
during the first 6 months of my pregnancy, which helped me get stronger
for labor (which I did naturally) and also retain some sense of myself
while I endured the astonishing enlargement of my body. At six weeks
post partum, I returned to work out with Jason, weighing at this time
about 15 pounds over my best shape body weight, and my body was very
mushy. In the months that followed Jason helped me be on a healthy,
breast-feeding friendly diet, that enabled me to take off the weight and
get in shape. The work outs themselves built my strength which I
appreciated much more as I had to carry around a baby and do a lot of
stuff while holding her with one arm. Thanks to Jason, and my hard
work, at 4 months post partum I was very comfortable in a bikini and
feeling great!

you're looking to get into great shape and fast Jason is the
personal trainer to see. I have always been active, but had never
used a trainer. Recently I underwent foot surgery and was confined
to bed rest for nearly a month. When I was able to walk, my range of
motion was very limited and I realized that I had gained some weight
from being sedentary.
I found Jason while surfing the web and
decided to book an appointment. Jason was very careful to work
around and with my limitations (foot). I was very impressed with his
conscientiousness towards my safety. Over the next 6 weeks he kept me
motivated and his discipline regarding diet actually rubbed off.

When
I started working with Jason and Morgan I wanted to lose about 5 - 10
pounds. I thought I would just tone up, and feel more energetic. I
started out going through the motions at first, and complaining about
not getting to eat my favorite foods. I did not follow the nutritional

After about the 3rd work I noticed how much more energy I had, and the

something that just happened.
I've been training with you for just a
month and this past weekend I walked into my old gym. Another trainer
there came over and couldn't believe it was me. He actually hadn't
recognized me at first. He remarked at how much bigger I had become and
actually wanted to know what I was on! Well, I'd be the first to admit a
13 pound gain in just a month looks 'suspicious', but all it took was
consistently training with you and following exactly the nutrition

Turning
40 ain't easy! But thanks to you Jason, my body is feeling
healthier and stronger than anytime in the last decade, and of
course that positively affects my attitude and outlook also.
My previously serious low back condition
is entirely gone. I have had no back pain since we started training
together. I didn't believe that training would help my back, but in fact
not only do I have no pain, but I have surprised myself as to my back
strength.
A few weeks ago, I was driving my Volvo
and ran out of gas. It was night time and I was barefoot. I had to get
my car out of the way of traffic. So instinctively, I jumped out of the
car and started pushing. Well, I had to push it uphill, to the side of
the street, to avoid traffic, in bare feet no less (with no traction).
Before I knew it, I had done it. It was a snap. I didn't consider until
later, that I could never had done that without training with you. My
body responded great.
Even now, when I miss a workout or two,
my body feels worse. My overall attitude and body are lethargic when I
don't train. I'm going to stick with what works, and that's to keep

I have
always looked like I was in good shape, But as the years caught up with
me and my middle started to expand I thought that I should get a trainer

contacting Jason Kozma, I had a consultation with a plastic surgeon about
getting liposuction. The quote was rather high and I came to the
conclusion that if I had the surgery, I might become thinner, but I would
still feel the same blah attitude I had come to accept as normal. I
decided to sweat off the pounds and build muscle.
Fast forward to six months later.
I had, indeed, sweated off about 20 pounds (kind of hard to say if that is
the exact number of fat pounds I lost since I was doing a rather rigorous
muscle training routine.) I lost 4 inches from my waist. My arms went
from 11.5 inches to about 15.5 inches. My quads are pushing 22 inches.
My abs are on the verge of popping out. I decided to go clubbing on July
4th and show off a little of my new body. I wore a very flattering muscle
shirt and a pair of jeans. While I was on the dance floor, I turned
around and to my surprise, the plastic surgeon I had the consultation with
so many months before was dancing behind me. I said hello and then
realized it clicked in his mind who I was. He proceeded to tell me he was
sorry I didn't choose him for my surgery. I was flabbergasted. He
thought I had actually underwent surgery. I cannot even explain how
flattered I was. I proceeded to tell him I had not had the surgery, but
hired a trainer and nutritionist instead. He leaned in closer and said,
"That's the best way to do it."
So, forget plastic surgery. I'd rather be buff and lean than just thin
and sucked out. I'll take your trainer any day.

Jason was great at helping me reach my goal weight in record time. I'm
5'1 and I lost my goal of 9 pounds in 6 weeks, with his very strict diet
plan and exercise regimen. I worked out for years and never got the

Jason is an excellent Trainer! I would recommend him for and
sports or any physically related goal. I came to Jason to
increase my speed and body shape. I compete in half marathons
and shorter distance races. I am a sponsored athlete, and my
career relies on appearance and performance. Speed and looking
good is very important to me. Jason designed me a diet and
exercise program to help trim me up and improve my running. He
also provides something that was that made all the right
information work, and that was more motivation and focus on my
goals. Working with Jason on a weekly basis kept me very focus
and motivated. I live in Riverside (1:30 min drive from LA) so
most of what we did was over the internet through email. I was
able to contact him for questions and feedback on my routine and
progress several times a week. Also, I would drive to LA 1-2
times per month to see Jason.
In 8 weeks of working with
Jason I dropped 14lbs. My
shorts size went from a size small to an extra small that needed
to be hemmed in 2 inches. January 15, 2005 I took 1st place women

been looking for awhile for a program to get back into shape after years
of working at a desk job. I have always been into sports and have a fair
amount of fitness knowledge, but have never been able to put together an
effective program on my own. The personal trainers at the gyms also didn’t
have the knowledge to get the type of results that I and most other people
are looking for.
I lost about
25 lbs in 12 weeks on your program and got down to 5% body fat at age 40.
My waist went from 34.5” to 28.5”. Your knowledge of diet and how it
affects the body is phenomenal. What I learned will have a lasting impact
on the way I eat in the future. The only regret is that I did not have the
opportunity to work out with you personally. I am sure there is a lot more
I can learn from you.
Even after
following a fairly demanding fat loss program for 12 weeks, five days
later after you changed the diet I went on to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with
no problem. I felt fine the whole
way and had plenty of energy.

recovery continues to improve dramatically every week. My
cholesterol was 189 4 months ago. It is now 146. My blood
pressure was 122/84 four month ago. It is now 112/64. My

getting closer to seeing my AB muscles. My waistline is about 30
and will probably end up about 28 to 29 before I see
what's under the fat.

I was starting to train for my 5th
attempt on Mt. Rainier, and realized that, in order to succeed, I needed
to improve my training method; so I decided to get help.
After reviewing a number of different physical training programs,
Jason's appeared to make the most sense. He put me on track with the
right diet, cardiovascular schedule and weight training program. I was
assigned to a knowledgeable, thorough, and careful
full-time trainer.
I trained with Jason's trainer three times per week; and with that, the cardio
and the diet, it was very intense. But then, so is mountain climbing.
In just two months, I had lost 20 lbs and felt ready for Rainier. It was
time to go to the mountain. The climb was extremely hard and I thought
about turning back many times. After 10,000 vertical feet of snow, ice
and crevasses, I finally stepped onto the 14,410' summit of Mt. Rainier.
I was victorious! I know that if it hadn't been for Jason's
program, I never would have made it to the top. His program had made the
difference.

Almost five years ago I gained 15 pounds while doing chemotherapy for
breast cancer. This was not unusual for women doing the type of
chemo I did, though it was partly caused by “feeling sorry for myself”
overindulgence. I didn’t worry about it at the time because I’d
always been fit, and I had rapidly lost weight after two pregnancies.
However, the chemo also put me into early menopause. I found I was
not able to shed the pounds as easily as in the past.
Nothing worked. I tried Atkins, but that made
me feel like I was doing chemo again – I slowed way down during aerobic
workouts. I just didn’t have any energy.
Then I discovered Jason Kozma’s web pages and
decided to sign up for his online personal training. Right away he
developed a personalized diet and workout routine for me. He increased
the number of my aerobic workout sessions slightly and added several
weight training sessions per week. I particularly liked his diet. I ate
often and I ate foods that I liked and were good for me. I had lots of
energy. My bike and swim times actually improved on the diet.
Recently I celebrated my 52nd
birthday and I am also about
to celebrate the fifth anniversary of
completing chemotherapy. My weight is within 2 pounds of my
“pre-chemo” weight! I am much stronger and fitter than I’ve
ever been.

your plan and have lost a total of 22 pounds and working out at Gold's
